Rabanizz Refund and Exchange Policy
We are committed to offering a seamless shopping experience to all customers, both in India and internationally. Below are the details of our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or misprinted products if the request is made within two days of delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed only after the product passes a quality check.
  1. Conditions for Refunds:
    • Customers must provide:
      • A proper unboxing video showing the defect.
      • Images of the defective product and its original packaging.
    • Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  1. Processing of Refunds:
    • Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
    • For international refunds, customers will bear any currency conversion fees and international bank charges, if applicable.
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds:
    • Masks, hats, caps
    • Boxers, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops
    • Baby tees, shorts
    • Stickers and stationery items

Exchange Policy

  1. Timeframe for Exchanges:
    • Exchanges are accepted within two days of delivery for size-related or non-defective issues.
  1. Exchange Process:
    • Customers must notify us within the given timeframe.
    • For domestic orders, a reverse pickup will be arranged, and the product will be replaced with the correct size or item.
    • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  1. Conditions for Exchange:
    • Defective or Damaged Products:
      • Products must be reported within two days of delivery, with required proof (unboxing video and photos).
      • A reverse pickup will be arranged for verified defects, and the replacement will be shipped.
    • Non-Defective Returns:
      • Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or other non-defective issues will also follow the two-day reporting timeline.
    • International Returns:
      • Customers must ship the item back to us at their own cost. Once verified, we will process the exchange or refund.
  1. Packaging and Handling:
    • Ensure proper care while unboxing the product to avoid damage.
    • Damage caused during unboxing without proper evidence will not qualify for return or exchange.
