We are committed to offering a seamless shopping experience to all customers, both in India and internationally. Below are the details of our Refund and Exchange Policy.
Refund Policy

- Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or misprinted products if the request is made within two days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed only after the product passes a quality check.

- A proper unboxing video showing the defect.
- Images of the defective product and its original packaging.
- Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

- For international refunds, customers will bear any currency conversion fees and international bank charges, if applicable.
- Non-Refundable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Baby tees, shorts
- Stickers and stationery items
Exchange Policy

- For domestic orders, a reverse pickup will be arranged, and the product will be replaced with the correct size or item.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Products must be reported within two days of delivery, with required proof (unboxing video and photos).
- A reverse pickup will be arranged for verified defects, and the replacement will be shipped.
- Non-Defective Returns:
- Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or other non-defective issues will also follow the two-day reporting timeline.
- International Returns:
- Customers must ship the item back to us at their own cost. Once verified, we will process the exchange or refund.
