1. An Order Confirmation email/message confirming receipt of your order.
2. A Shipping Confirmation email/message once your order is dispatched.

The contract is formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.

3. Delivery & Shipping

a. Domestic Orders

• Shipping Area: We ship within India.
• Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 3 to 9 days from the Order Confirmation date.
• Free Shipping: No delivery fees are charged for orders within India.
• Exceptions: In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or delays, delivery may take up to 30 days.

Delivery is deemed completed once the customer or their representative physically receives the order at the designated address.

b. International Orders

• Shipping Area: We ship internationally to selected countries.
• Customs and Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
• Delivery Timeline: Shipping times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during the checkout process.
• Non-Delivery Zones: Some products may not be available for international shipping due to legal or logistical restrictions.

4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies

a. Return and Exchange Window

• If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or broken product, inform us within two days of delivery.
• Customers must provide:
  • A proper unboxing video showing the defect.
  • Clear images of the defective product and original packaging.
    We will arrange for a reverse pickup and ship a replacement product to you.

b. Specific Instructions

1. Handle the package carefully while unboxing. If the package is damaged due to mishandling (e.g., using scissors or sharp objects), refunds will not be issued unless accompanied by proper unpacking evidence.
2. If you notice any external damage to the package at the time of delivery, document it with images and mention it in the courier’s delivery remarks.

c. International Returns

• International customers may initiate returns within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

d. Size Issues or Non-Defective Returns

• For exchanges or returns due to incorrect size or other non-defective reasons, inform us within two days of delivery.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup and send the product in the correct size. if the mistake happened from our end we will be responsible for return shipping costs

e. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Boxers, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops
  • Baby tees, shorts
  • Stickers and stationery items

• Condition:
  Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Return Refusals:
  Rabanizz reserves the right to decline returns if:

• • Items appear worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Original packaging or tags are missing.

f. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

g. Return Shipping Charges

• Free return pickups are provided for all eligible returns and exchanges within India. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Prepaid Orders: Customers opting for prepaid payments receive a 10% instant discount.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): No discounts are available for COD payments.
• Taxes and Fees: Product prices listed on the website include taxes, duties, and delivery charges. Additional charges may apply for international orders.

• We offer 10% instant discounts for prepaid orders.
• Discounts are available during promotional periods with no exclusions on items.

7. Gift Cards

• Rabanizz does not offer gift cards.
• Customers can instead enjoy a 10% instant discount by choosing prepaid payment options.

• These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For international disputes, customers agree to resolve matters under applicable Indian laws.
