1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the RABANIZZ website and purchases made through rabanizz.com.

By accessing the website, submitting an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. About RABANIZZ

RABANIZZ is operated by Khursheed Rabbani, trading as RABANIZZ, a sole proprietor based in Maharashtra, India.

RABANIZZ was established on 29 July 2021 and is registered for Goods and Services Tax in India under GSTIN 27APNPR6968Q1ZG.

RABANIZZ is the customer-facing seller of the products offered through this website. Certain products may be manufactured, printed, packed or shipped by independent production and fulfilment partners.

RABANIZZ is a story-led clothing, art and cultural project creating products and collections inspired by nature, craft, culture and responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through this website.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.

4. Sales Territory

RABANIZZ currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only.

We may change, restrict or expand the locations we serve at any time.

5. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Many RABANIZZ products are produced or printed after an order is placed. Products may be manufactured and fulfilled by independent production and fulfilment partners, including print-on-demand providers.

We may modify, replace, limit or discontinue a product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate replacement option or refund.

6. Product Images, Colours and Sizing

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, artwork, dimensions and details accurately. However, actual colours may vary because of screen settings, lighting, printing processes, materials and manufacturing variations.

Product images may include digital mock-ups for presentation purposes.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, measurements, size guide, material information and care instructions before ordering.

Minor variations that are normal to printing, embroidery or manufacturing are not necessarily defects.

7. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product prices do not include shipping charges or taxes unless expressly shown as included. Any shipping charges and taxes that RABANIZZ is required to collect will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

RABANIZZ will collect sales tax only where registration and collection are required under applicable law. Customers remain responsible for any tax obligations legally imposed directly on them.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

8. Payments

Payment must be completed before an order can be accepted for production or fulfilment.

Available payment methods may include PayPal and eligible debit or credit cards processed through PayPal or another authorized payment provider.

Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices. RABANIZZ does not directly store complete debit or credit card details.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

9. Order Receipt and Acceptance

Submitting an order and receiving an automated order email does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The initial email acknowledges that we received your order.

An order is accepted when:

  • Payment has been successfully authorized;

  • The order has passed any applicable verification checks; and

  • We accept the order for production or fulfilment.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, technical problems, sanctions restrictions or inability to fulfil or deliver the order.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is accepted, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Contact support@rabanizz.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

We recommend submitting any cancellation or change request within one hour of placing the order, but this does not guarantee that the request can be completed before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or fulfilment, we may be unable to change or cancel it. This does not affect rights available to you for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout after a valid delivery address is entered.

Delivery estimates may include both production time and carrier transit time. Unless expressly stated as guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions, address problems, peak demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping estimate provided when you order. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity or refund required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Because many products are made or printed to order, we generally do not accept returns based solely on buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size selection or a change of mind unless our Returns & Exchanges Policy states otherwise or applicable law requires it.

This limitation does not remove any rights you may have for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from their description.

You may be asked to provide photographs and order information so that we can investigate a problem.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, availability periods, product restrictions or minimum purchase requirements.

Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred or applied to previously completed orders.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse or a technical or pricing error.

14. Fraud Prevention and Payment Disputes

We may conduct reasonable verification checks to protect customers and RABANIZZ from unauthorized transactions and fraud.

If you believe a payment or order is incorrect, please contact support@rabanizz.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights provided by your card issuer, payment provider or applicable law.

15. Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers or data;

  • Introduce malicious code, automated attacks or harmful technology;

  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation;

  • Scrape, copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission; or

  • Use RABANIZZ intellectual property in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our legal rights.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including artwork, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, branding and page layouts—are owned by or licensed to RABANIZZ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any artwork, design, trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property right contained in or associated with that product.

No website content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, licensed or commercially used without prior written authorization from RABANIZZ or the applicable rights holder.

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, production and fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, email-delivery providers, website-hosting providers, security services and social-media platforms.

We are not responsible for the independent websites, systems, terms, privacy practices or actions of third parties, except to the extent that responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RABANIZZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of a product.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, RABANIZZ’s total liability relating to a particular order will generally be limited to the amount paid for that order, except where a different remedy or liability is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

RABANIZZ is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier interruptions, labour disputes, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, infrastructure failures, cyber incidents or supply-chain disruptions.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and will provide remedies required by applicable law.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence, courts with jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India, may hear disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from RABANIZZ.

This section does not prevent a customer from relying on mandatory consumer protections or using a court or dispute process that applicable law gives them the right to use.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. No Waiver

If RABANIZZ does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived the right to enforce it later.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will apply from the effective date displayed on this page.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them and the order information shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and RABANIZZ regarding your website use and purchase.
